At ALKAVION™, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in designing, manufacturing, and delivering premium hydration products. If, however, you experience any issue with your purchase, this Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and the process for requesting a return, replacement, or refund.

This policy applies to all purchases made through the official ALKAVION™ website and authorized sales channels.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect covered under warranty.

  • The product is incomplete or missing components at the time of delivery.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.

  • Products showing physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Customized or branded OEM products manufactured specifically for a customer.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or distributors.

3. Return Conditions

To process a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Be securely packed for safe transportation.

ALKAVION™ reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Do not install or use the product.

  2. Take clear photographs of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The product

    • The shipping label

    • Any visible damage

  3. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  4. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

5. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges, installation fees, taxes, or other service charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

Replacement availability depends on stock and product availability.

7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under the applicable ALKAVION™ warranty will be repaired or replaced according to the terms of the product warranty.

Warranty claims do not automatically qualify for refunds.

8. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be processed after cancellation is confirmed.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been dispatched generally cannot be cancelled. Once delivered, the order will be subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Import duties, customs charges, taxes, and local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • International return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and destination country.

10. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved:

  • ALKAVION™ may arrange pickup where service is available.

  • In some cases, customers may be requested to ship the product to an authorized service center.

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided after the return request is approved.

Products should never be shipped back without prior authorization.

11. Inspection Process

Every returned product undergoes a technical inspection.

If inspection confirms:

  • Manufacturing defect → Repair, replacement, or refund (as applicable)

  • Transit damage → Replacement or refund

  • Wrong product delivered → Replacement or refund

If the inspection finds damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage after delivery, the return request may be declined.
